How it Works
Step 1:
Choose a plan
Beginning with a consultation, we’ll guide you in choosing a plan that best fits your needs, whether it includes script-writing, shooting, recording, editing, or just creating a reel with assets you already have.
Step 2:
Produce content
If your plans include scene production or voice-over recording, we’ll create unique scripts with your kid’s best sides in mind. Then bring them to life with professional shoots and in-studio voice sessions.
Step 3:
Make it Reel!
This is where your footage and VO recordings come together in our post-production process. Through professional editing, color grading, and sound design, we ensure your demo reel stands out in the industry.

Rich Devaney
Director, Acting Coach
Rich is an award-winning director with more than 50 honors for his work across drama, comedy, and commercial storytelling for major brands. A former child actor himself, Rich began his career appearing in films, television, and national commercials—an experience that deeply informs his approach to directing, particularly with young performers.
In addition to directing, Rich is a highly regarded acting coach known for drawing authentic, emotionally grounded performances from professional actors, non-actors, and children. His debut feature film Brooklyn Bound premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival, where Variety praised the film, noting that “acting is first-rate throughout.”
Ivan Martinovic
Casting Director, Voice Over Artist
Ivan is a native New Yorker with over a dozen years of experience casting for commercials, tv/film, voice over and branded content campaigns. His most notable credits include producing for History Channel's hit docuseries, The Toys That Built America and casting the long-running true crime series, Evil Lives Here for Investigation Discovery/HBO Max, along with the Emmy nominated comedy series Billy on the Street. In addition to his work as a casting director & producer, Ivan has been a working voice actor for 20 years. His voice can be heard in promos, audio books and commercials for brands such as Verizon, Gillette, Otezla, Spectrum Internet, and many more.
